If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail Customer Care at  customercare@TylerOptix.co.za  for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of receipt of product. We will reply with the RA number and shipping instructions. Reason for return is not required, but greatly appreciated. Eyewear that has been abused may not be returned under any circumstances. If the eyewear is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it, for a different model or issue a refund to the credit card used in the transaction. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization number.


  • Returns are only accepted for items bought through the www.TylerOptix.co.za  website. Items not purchased through the Tyler Optix website must be returned to the place of purchase.
